At Wilsons Carpets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your flooring purchase. If you change your mind, you can return unopened accessories or stock rugs within 30 days, provided they are in their original condition.
Contact Our Team
Notify our customer service department within 14 days of delivery to initiate your return request and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare Your Items
Ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging; please note that carpets or vinyls already cut to your specific room dimensions cannot be returned.
Arrange Transportation
Return the goods to your local Wilsons Carpets showroom or arrange for a courier collection, noting that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items and confirms they are in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
